Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed in both California and Hawaii. I am also an Internationally Certified Substance Abuse Counselor through the state of Hawaii.
I have over ten years of experience in the counseling field. My areas of focus have included chronic mental illness, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, substance abuse and addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
In addition to the specific areas of expertise above, I also have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders and relationship issues. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy based on individualized and collaborative treatment planning utilizing evidence-based practices.
