Thinking about beginning therapy?

Have you ever found yourself wishing for a change?

Every person at one time or another wishes something about their life was different.  In some circumstances, wishing isn't enough.  Action is required for changes to occur.  However, it isn't always easy figuring out what action to take.  Sometimes we are faced with serious and difficult decisions that require discussion and support.

There are times when simply having someone supportive and encouraging to talk to is all the action needed.  In other times people need assistance in changing behaviors to improve circumstances or relationships
